The highest quality tenantsEvery one of our tenants must pass our strict referencing process. We only accept applications for tenancies from people who are able to afford the rent and have a good history of meeting their financial obligations and looking after landlord’s properties. Depending on the individual circumstances of a tenant, we may also require them to provide a suitable guarantor. We do not accept applications from tenants with CCJS, IVAS or those who are bankrupt. We do not accept applications from tenants in receipt of housing benefit (unless by special arrangement with individual landlords). We always ask the tenant’s employer to provide a written reference. We always ask the tenant’s previous landlord to provide a reference to ensure they have looked after the property and paid the rent on time. |
