Landlords are finding that an increasing number of tenants are struggling or unwilling to pay rent, according to new research by Arla. A survey conducted by the letting agents association has revealed that 93 per cent of its members have seen an increase in tenants attempting to secure rent reductions, with the figure rising to 98 per cent in central London.
