We do not employ “trainees” for little or no money and then expect them to provide a quality service to our clients. All our staff members are hand-picked and then criminal-record checked so you can rest assured that the people holding your keys are suitably trustworthy. Our lettings staff are trained in the Technical Award in Residential Lettings from ARLA/NAEA.

Our staff are incentivised using a “pooled”, rather than individual commissions. Our clients benefit from this arrangement as unlike almost every other letting agent; we share our fees between our team. This means that every one of us will look after your interests (not just one individual looking after their own).

The moment you instruct us, we will instantly notify potential tenants using direct phone calls. Viewings

All viewings will be accompanied by a member of our staff. A large number of viewings are carried out during evenings and weekends so we make sure we are open at times to suit potential tenants. This encourages the maximum number of viewings on a property which results in a faster let.
