Our lettings staff are trained in the Technical Award in Residential Lettings from ARLA/NAEA.

Our staff are incentivised using a “pooled”, rather than individual commissions. Our clients benefit from this arrangement as unlike almost every other letting agent; we share our fees between our team. The moment you instruct us, we will instantly notify potential tenants using direct phone calls. We advertise extensively in the local press as well as using Rightmove to ensure maximum coverage for your property.

All viewings will be accompanied by a member of our staff. A large number of viewings are carried out during evenings and weekends so we make sure we are open at times to suit potential tenants. This encourages the maximum number of viewings on a property which results in a faster let.

Tenants tend to move more frequently than homeowners and as such, they may have experience of many local letting agents. A lettings agency soon gains a reputation with tenants and potential tenants for how well it treats them.
