Credit Checks 

When you apply for a property to rent, we will ask for credit history information from each adult applying for a tenancy and from each guarantor. We will credit check each adult and each guarantor to verify this information.

Providing us with information

County Counrt Judgements (CCJs), Court Decrees (CCDs), bankruptcies and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) can affect the outcome of your tenancy application. Providing inaccurate or false information (whether you did so intentionally or otherwise) will always result in a tenancy application being declined.

Information on a credit report

As part of our credit check, we will obtain information from a credit referencing agency. The agency we will use will be Call Credit. You may or may not be aware of all the information held about you by the credit referencing agencies. If you have questions about your credit status and your credit information, you should visit callcredit.co.uk and obtain a copy of your credit report.
