The property ombudsman

Letting Agents who are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme for lettings work in accordance with the scheme’s Code of Practice for Letting Agents. This sets out the standards of service that landlords and tenants can expect from their letting agent.

If a landlord or tenant feels that they have a complaint which has not been resolved by using the letting agent’s own internal complaints procedure, the Ombudsman can offer help to resolve the dispute.
