Renting around Thomas à Becket rental market

The area around Thomas à Becket and the surrounding streets is predominantly flat-led, with one- and two-bedroom properties making up the bulk of what's available and letting. One-beds are sitting at a median of £1,000 a month and typically let in around a fortnight; two-beds come in at £1,275 and move at a similar pace.
