Features
West Worthing sits between central Worthing and Goring — Edwardian terraces and seafront flats, a station of its own for the London hop, and a slightly quieter feel than the town centre without losing easy walking access to it.

West Worthing has been steady into October, and it remains very much a flat-led market. One- and two-bedroom homes make up most of what's available. One-beds typically let in around a fortnight at about £1,050 a month, while two-beds, with a good choice on offer, take two to three weeks at around £1,350. Studios sit near £850 and move at a similar pace.
Three-bedroom homes are scarcer and take a little longer, usually two to three weeks, at a median of about £1,750, though the range is wide, from roughly £1,375 to £2,150. Four-bedroom and larger houses are too thin on the ground here to draw any reliable conclusion, so we'd treat those as individual cases rather than a pattern.
This is the usual autumn picture: relets continuing at a steady pace ahead of the quieter run-up to Christmas, when activity typically eases. For investors, gross yields on flats are running at around 7.5%, with houses lower.
A note on yields: figures shown are gross — annualised rent divided by the typical recent sale price for the same property type and bedroom count. Sale-price data is from HM Land Registry Price Paid.
