Get a valuationGoring Hall is the private estate developed in stages from the 1990s on the grounds of the original Goring Hall — a Regency manor house that the developer retained and converted. The estate sits inland of central Goring, with the Goring Hall private hospital occupying the manor itself and substantial modern detacheds spread across the landscaped grounds.
Housing is exclusively executive-grade detacheds — predominantly 4-5 bedrooms, large gardens, double garages, with mock-Georgian and contemporary architectural styles. Streets like Bullfinch Walk, Curlew Way, and Petworth Drive define the estate. The Goring Hall hospital is the only commercial address inside the estate; everything else is residential. Private roads are the norm.
